1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Secretariat of the 2026 Busan Maritime & Finance Week collects and uses your personal information pursuant to Articles 15 and 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act for the following purposes:

• Providing event-related notices, including schedule changes and event announcements
• Video recording during the event and the use of your likeness
• Conducting satisfaction surveys and improving services through statistical analysis

2. Categories of Personal Information Collected

• Required information: Name, organization, position/title, contact information, email address, and all other information entered in the registration form

3. Retention and Use Period

• Your personal information will be retained and used from the date of pre-registration until the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The information will be retained for one year after the conclusion of the event

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Potential Disadvantages

You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you refuse to provide consent for the required information, your pre-registration and participation in the event may be restricted.
